Distribution Fuse Cutouts
Type L interchangeable open fuse cutouts are used on
distribution lines for overcurrent protection. Type L cutouts are available in 15 and 27 kV, with a 100A or 200A fuseholder or a 300A disconnect blade.
Fuse Links
A full range of EEI-NEMA standard and open fuse links are
available in 1 to 200 A for open and enclosed fuse cutouts. In addition to the standard K
and T links, a D Link fuse is available to provide high surge withstand without
compromising on overload protection on small kVA transformers, with indicators.
Cutout Mounted Current-Limiting Fuses
The ELF Current-Limiting Dropout Fuse is a full range
current-limiting fuse designed for mounting in an industry standard interchangeable cutout
that is presently used for expulsion fuses. The ELF fuse is designed to be used to protect
pole-type transformers, single- and three-phase laterals and underground taps.
Under-Oil Expulsion Products
RTE Bay-O-Net assemblies combine the ease of hotstick
operation with the safety of deadfront construction. It allows for convenient under-oil
fuse element inspection and replacement in the field. The optional Flapper Bay-O-Net
assembly includes a flapper valve inside the housing which closes when the holder is
removed resulting in minimizing environmental concerns and reduces oil contamination on
molded rubber elbow connections.
